If both parties are in agreement that Divorce Mediation is a better alternative for them than Divorce Litigation, we will begin with a confidentiality agreement.
Mediation
When the Divorce Mediation process begins, we’ll discuss your particular marriage and the matters we’ll be handling, such as property allotment, spousal and child support, custody, visitation rights, etc. You’ll be informed on the legalities involved so you and your spouse can begin communicating with the goal of reaching a mutually acceptable divorce settlement agreement.

When both parties fully understand how their decisions will impact their future and are satisfied, agreements are made that benefit all parties involved. Even if you and your spouse contest on matters, our divorce mediators help facilitate conversation that can lead to a mutually favorable outcome.
