Christopher Palermo, Esq., is the founder of Nassau County Divorce Mediation Service. He has extensive knowledge of Divorce and Family matters as a longtime Divorce Attorney, having handled hundreds of divorce cases both resolved through litigation and mediation. His extensive experience enables him to keep couples going through Divorce Mediation informed on the divorce process as well as their rights as divorcees. He also leverages his experience in coming up with creative solutions for couples who are having trouble coming to final agreements regarding matters of their divorce. Chris’s main goal is client satisfaction. He strives to make the divorce process as smooth and amicable as possible for his clients.

Chris has extensive experience with Mediation, Contested Divorce, Child Support Matters, Child Custody Cases, Orders of Protection, Neglect Matters involving Child Protective Services, Adoptions and Supreme Court Post-Judgement Enforcement and Contempt Matters

Chris received his undergraduate degree in 1996 from Villanova University and then received his law degree from Touro College of Law from in 2001.

Riley T. Perry has been an attorney with Nassau Divorce Mediation since 2016.  Riley has been an extremely valuable member of the firm.  While at the firm Riley has continued her concentration on Divorce and family law. She has handled hundreds of various cases in all areas of Family Law. However, the vast majority of her caseload involves representing individuals in contested divorce matters and couples going through divorce mediation.

Recently, Riley distinguished herself by being awarded from Super Lawyers the prestigious Rising Stars of 2019 for Excellence in practice. Riley is known throughout the local Supreme and Family courts as a tireless advocate for her clients. Riley received her Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, magna cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts. Where she was a starter for the women’s varsity lacrosse team for four years, as well as team captain. Thereafter, Riley attended the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University

Riley specifically handles all types of cases including divorce, child support, child custody cases, orders of protection, Family Court matters and Supreme Court post judgment enforcement and contempt matters.

Riley is admitted to the bar of the State of New York. She is also a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and the Suffolk County Matrimonial and Family Law Committees.
